Swickard, age 88 of Stratton, passed away at the home of his son surrounded by his family on Tuesday, December 9, 2008.Born September 18, 1920 in Jefferson County, Ohio, he is a son of the late John Raymond and Laura Ramsey Swickard. Warner is a 1940 Graduate of the former Jefferson Union (Edison Local) High School.
