William Allen "Bill" Smith, age 62 of Toronto, OH passed away Friday, March 10, 2017.

He was born November 26, 1954 in Steubenville, OH.

Bill loved to play Pool and had belonged to several Pool leagues; served his country in the U.S. Navy and had been employed by State Park Motors of Wintersville, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Christine Smith.

Bill is survived by his wife, Carole Ann (Thayer) Smith whom he married August 12, 1989; sons, Bill (Erin) Montgomery of Florida, Nick and Joel Smith both of Toronto, OH; daughter, Christy Montgomery of Florida and two grandsons.

Bill's arrangements are private at the convenience of his family and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, OH.

Private interment  will be held at the Island Creek Cemetery.
