William S. Fullerton - Age 77 - of Toronto passed away at his residence of natural causes Thursday - February 20, 2003.He was born December 4, 1925 in Toronto, the son of the late Samuel and Alice Donahue FullertonWilliam was a former member of the Toronto Eagles and the Toronto American Legion Post # 86. He served on the Toronto Legion Torvets Drill Team, which won many State and National awards in drill team competition.He is a W.W. II - U.S. Navy Veteran having served on the U.S.S. Franklin Troop Carrier in the European Theatre of Operations. He received a Purple Heart while serving in the NavyWilliam is retired from the Titanium Metals Corporation of TorontoHe was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Eugene A"BudA" FullertonWilliam''s survivors are:Wife: Wanda A. Monsignor Kurt Kemo will officiate, and the burial will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.There will be graveside honors by the Toronto American Legion.Memorial contributions in memory of William may be made to the Valley Hospice - 380 Summit Ave. - Steubenville, OH 43964 or the St. Francis Central School - 1225 N.
