Fulton - Age 73 - of Toronto ( originally from Hanlin Station, Pennsylvania), passed away Tuesday - March 11, 2003 at the Trinity Medical Center - East, Steubenville.He was born April 12, 1929 in Steubenville, the son of the late Graham S. and Mazie N. Barber Fulton.William is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Toronto.He is retired from the Ft.Steuben Metals Co. of Weirton, W.Va.William was preceded in death by his parents and second wife Dolores Fulton who passed away in 1989.His survivors are:Wife: Margaret A.
