William F. McGraw - Age 80 - of Toronto passed away Wednesday November 16, 2005 at the Carriage Inn of Cadiz.He was born June 27, 1925 in Rochester, Pennsylvania the son of the late William O. and Gladys S. Croft McGraw.William is a Methodist and a 1943 graduate of Wellsville High School and a member of the Toronto American Legion Post # 86.He is a veteran of W.W.II having served in the U.S. Army Air Corps.William is retired as a highway inspector for the Jefferson County Highway Department and as a highway inspector for the Ohio Department of Transportation.He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Thomas McGraw who passed away September 15, 2005.William''s survivors are:Wife: Dorothy Irene Skinner McGraw of the home who he married June 12, 1946.2 Sons: Frederick A.
