William George Montgomery, Sr., age 78 of Toronto, OH passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Carriage Inn of Steubenville, OH.
He was born June 14, 1935 in Steubenville, OH the son of the late Okey and Anna Wells Montgomery.
Bill loved to play with his grandchildren and work on cars; was owner and operator of the family owned junkyard and retired from the State of Ohio road construction department.
