William H. "Pickles" Hamilton, age 84 of Toronto, OH passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

He was born July 20, 1931 in Toronto, OH the son of the late Herman and Bessie Mae Thompson Johnson.

William was a 1950 graduate of Toronto High School and was retired from the Weirton Steel Company.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Robert Hamilton.

William is survived by his wife Lois Arlene (Wade) Hamilton; sister Sandy (Gene) Abritton of Sarasota, FL and brother Thomas Johnson of Unionport, OH.

Visitation hours for William will be held 3–5 & 7-9 Tuesday, April 19that the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH.

A celebration service of William's life will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday at the funeral home with The Reverend William Hibbs officiating.  Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
