William Duane Tice, age 70 of Toronto passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at the Weirton Medical Center.

Duane was born March 22, 1950 in Steubenville the son of the late Norman and Doris (Taggart) Tice.

He was a 1969 graduate of Toronto High School and his memberships include the Toronto Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie # 1276 and the Toronto American Legion Post 86.

Duane was retired from the U.S. Can Corporation of Weirton.

In addition to his parents, Duane was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Tice.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki R. (Snyder) Tice whom he married November 19, 1998; daughter, Kelly Ann (Matt Brown) Reed of Toronto; son, Chad Charles (Amy Black) Tice of Canton, OH; brother Randy Tice of Baltimore, MD; three grandchildren, Tristan, Jenna Reed and Jayna Brewer

The visitation and service celebrated  by Jacob Booth for Duane will be private at the convenience of his family at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto.

Memorial donations in Duane's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
