Colleen J. Wagner, age 66 of Toronto passed away Friday, October 15, 2021.
She was born April 17, 1955 in Steubenville, the daughter of the late Ross L. “Buddy” Flanagan in 2018 and Phyllis Pamela (Barker) Flanagan in 1995.
Colleen was a long-time member of the former Stratton First Church of the Nazarene and was a current member of the Weirton First Church of the Nazarene.
She loved everything about Elvis Presley, visiting Graceland several times; loved her M & M’s and was called grandma M & M by her grandchildren who she lived for and was a 1973 graduate of Stanton Local High School.
Colleen was an insurance agent for the Minor Insurance Agency working mostly at the Calcutta office.
Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Andrew Wagner and her aunt Charlotte Flanagan.
Colleen is survived by her son, Shawn Mark (Amy) Wagner of Toronto; daughter, Hope Marie (Jason Frank) Wagner of Akron; grandchildren, Kenzie Frank, Sarah Wagner and Charles Wagner; sister, Christine (Glenn) Booth of Empire and aunt Doris Breen.
Visitation hours for Colleen will be held 2-4 & 6-8 Wednesday, October 20th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
A celebration service of Colleen’s life will be held 11 AM Thursday, October 21st at the funeral home with Pastors Brian Richardson and Pastor Joseph Frank officiating.
Interment will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery.
