James W. O'Brien, age 95 of Toronto, Ohio passed away June 16th.
James was a Navy veteran of WW II and had worked at the Weirton Steel Co. for 38 years.  He was a father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
James' arrangements are private and are in the care of the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
