Rebecca (Becky) Jo (Defenbaugh) Miller

Rebecca “Becky” Jo Miller, age 67 of Toronto passed away peacefully at the Valley Hospice Mary Jane Brooks Center, Steubenville after a brief illness.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul T. Defenbaugh of Richmond, OH and Irma Defenbaugh of Toronto, and one sister, Susie Hamon of Houston, TX.

Becky is survived by her husband, David G. Miller of Toronto whom she married February 20, 1985 (38 years) ; daughter, Lindsey Miller of Toronto, OH and one son, Aaron Miller of Fairmont, WV.  Also survived by A sister, Paula Hannan of Toronto and a brother Jerry Defenbaugh of Grafton, WV; two grandsons, Brycen and Julian Miller of Toronto; She is the beloved aunt of six nieces, Kelley Hannan of Siesta Key, FL, Kami Abdalla of Toronto, OH, Kasy Reeve of Toronto, Oh, Brooklyn and  Maggie Defenbaugh  both of Grafton, WV and Shelby Anderson  of Denver, CO;  one  nephew, Michael Paterson of Houston, TX.

Becky graduated from the Grafton, WV High School and had received a Masters Degree from West Virginia University. She was retired from the Edison Local School System after 35 years as a teacher.

Memorial contributions in memory of Becky may be made to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH  44106

Becky’s arrangements will be private and in the care of Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
