Ruth Ann (McAfee) Davis

Ruth Ann Davis, age 79 of Toronto passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the Allegany General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born July 28, 1941 in Richmond, OH the daughter of the late George and Thelma (Call) McAfee

Ruth Ann was a Methodist by faith who loved to bake and loves to be with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren and had retired from the Edison Local School District as a custodian.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Gary Timothy Davis in 1996 and Thomas Robert Davis in 2011; grandson, Cale Davis in 1991 and a brother, Bob McAfee.

Ruth Ann is survived by her husband, Gary Clark Davis whom she married November 30, 1956; daughters, Kim (Harry) Lewis of Blacklick, OH and Roxanne Mazur of Carrollton, OH; daughter-in-law, Nancy Davis of Toronto; grandchildren, Brianna and Brian Workman, Bryan Lewis and Holly (Matt) Rainer and great-grandchildren, Wesley Workman, Eva Riggenbach, Dean Renico, Solara Lewis, Evelyn Rainer and great-granddaughter due in March.

Visitation hours for Ruth Ann will be held 3 – 6 Sunday, February 7th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto.

Ruth Ann’s service will be private and be held at the family’s convenience, interment will be at the Island Creek Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in memory of Ruth Ann may be given to the New Somerset Christian Church Cemetery c/o/ the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH 43964
