Scott Edward “Scotty” Peach, age 30 of Toronto passed away Sunday February 5, 2023.He was born May 21,1992 in St. Marys, PA. He was the son of Ronnie L. Peach and Tonya (Grotzinger) Peach of Toronto, OH.
Scotty was a 2010 graduate of Edison Local High School; served in the U.S. Army Reserve and was employed as a Journeyman Ironworker with Ironworkers Union Local #172 with Ideal Construction.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lloyd Allen “Joe” Peach in 2007 and grandmother, Myra June Pavlik in 2001.
In addition to his parents, Scotty is survived by sister, Cassandra (John) Kennedy of Reynoldsburg, OH and their children, Carson and Clara Kennedy; sister Alyssa Peach of Canal Winchester, OH; grandparents, John and Phyllis Grotzinger of Winter Haven, FL; grandmother, Sheila Peach of Toronto; aunts and uncles, Robbie (Billie Jo) Peach, Cynthia (Ed) Wolfel, Linda Grotzinger, Janice (Dan) Brown, Ron (Wendy) Elliot and Lori Landis Harris and their families and fiancé Molly Kehres
Scotty lived life to the fullest and was known for his adventurous spirit and magnetic personality. He was a true people person who made friends easily and was loved by everyone who knew him. Scotty was also an avid football player who lived and breathed the sport. He was fearless on the field, always putting his heart and soul into every play. He loved the thrill of the game and the camaraderie he shared with his teammates. Scotty was a hardworking individual who was always there for his friends and family. He was always willing to lend a hand, no matter what the task was. He was known for his generosity and his warm smile that lit up any room he walked into. He was someone who loved with his entire heart. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
Visitation hours for Scotty will be held 3 to 6 pm Saturday, February 11th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto followed by a celebration of Scotty’s life service 6pm Saturday with officiant Pastor Sterling Brown.
