Sharon Louise (Exterovich) Ash

Sharon Louise Ash age 61 of Irondale, OH passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the UPMC

Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born October 17, 1960 in Steubenville the daughter of the late Raymond “Whitey” and Stella (Heindriks) Exterovich.

Sharon was Catholic by faith; loved to do crafts; was an avid Steeler fan and was a Toronto High School graduate.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Patricia , sister, Joyce Brownlee in 2020 and a niece Jade Finley.

Sharon is survived by her husband Robert C. Ash, Jr. whom she married February 14, 1986;

sons, Robert C. (Michelle) Ash, III and David H.R. (Shavonna) Ash all of Irondale

Grandchildren, Fawn and Arial Ash and Samantha Jo and Anika Thrasher; great grandchildren, Katherine and Kalee Ash.

Siblings, Mike (Kathy) Exterovich of Steubenville, Tess( Darrell) Schoppe of Toronto, Christine / Katie (Richard) Schoppe of Steubenville, Diana Cooper and Judy (Mark) Bodnar of Toronto, Bill Exterovich of Bonita Springs, FL, Lisa (Randy) McGrath of Toronto, Jim (Diana) Exterovich of Hillard, OH, Steve (Kelly) Exterovich of Dacula, GA, Amy (Marty) Peckens of Toronto and Lori (John) Mascio of Steubenville.

Visitation hours for Sharon will be held 4-8 Tuesday, May 3rd at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main Street, Toronto.

A celebration service of Sharon’s life will be held 11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Reverend Kevin Rinkes officiating.

Interment will take place at a later date at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
