Vicki Lee (Smith) Miller

Vicki Lee “Red” Miller, age 76 of Steubenville passed away Monday, September 11, 2023

She was born February 2, 1947 in East Liverpool, OH the daughter of the late Robert Davidson Smith and Geraldine Louise (Lee) Smith and also preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Miller in 2020 whom she married October 25, 1999 and a brother, Robert D. Smith.

Vicki was a member of the Weirton First Baptist Church and a member of PRIME.

She loved to do crafts, garden, take care of her flowers and make hats for the homeless. Having lived in Florida for several years she belonged to many organizations in Florida.

Vicki was a Registered Nurse and had served as a visiting nurse and had been employed by the Bay Pine Nursing Home in Florida. She had a Masters Degree.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Angela Ash and husband Robert C. the III;

Sons Michael Allyn Timmons and wife Cathy Jo and Marc Aaron Timmons; grandchildren, Cristy Marie Fishel and husband Nathan, Michael Maxwell Timmons, William Jacob Allen Timmons and Marcus Logan Timmons. Four great-grandchildren also survive.

Visitation hours for Vicki will be held from 11am to 3pm Friday September 15th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, Ohio.

A celebration service of Vicki’s life will be held 3pm Friday at the funeral home with Reverend Judith Bartlett-Tomes officiating.
