Wilmont Eugene “Pete” Mushrush, age 81 of Toronto (Sugar Grove) passed away suddenly Thursday, March 23,2023.

He was born April 11, 1941 in Empire the son of the late Wilmont “Bill” and Freda Caroline (Sheakley) Mushrush.

Pete was a member of the Empire United Methodist Church and was retired from the Valley Converting Company where he worked several positions including mill beater operator.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Mushrush and a sister, Beverly Satkowski.

Pete is survived by his wife, Margaret “Peggy” (Ann Racz) Mushrush of Toronto whom he married July 9, 1960; daughter, Janet (Mark) Walter and granddaughter, Makayla Walter all of Steubenville.

Visitation for Pete will be held at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto from 12 noon to 1 PM at which time a celebration of Pete’s  life service will be held with Pastor Rob Minto officiating. Interment will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery County Road 68 Toronto (Sugar Grove).

In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Pete may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
