Erla and I went through grades 7th thru 12th at JU, Jefferson Union High School, the first to graduate there in 1945 after the school was built in 1939. She was more than an old school chum but one of my dearest friends and one of the sweetest girls there ever was. I would like to put flowers on her grave. I knew Wilda who was older and Keith who was younger.

Erla was a long-time member of Grace Lutheran Church. She was a faithful friend, Sunday School teacher and a fantastic cookie baker. We offer our condolences to all members of her family and we pray that God will comfort you in your sorrow and grant you His grace and peace.
