Randall Ray Francis

Randall Ray Francis, age 54 of Toronto, OH passed away Monday, May 4, 2015 at the Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH.

He was born April 19, 1961 in East Liverpool, OH

Randall was a 1979 graduate of Stanton Local High School;  was retired as a machine operator at the Sterling China Company of Wellsville, OH and was preceded in death by his father, Harry Francis.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian Mae (Larkins) Francis whom he married October 29, 1989; mother, Margaret (Sims) Francis of Hammondsville, OH; brothers, Harry and Mike Francis both of Hammondsville, OH; step-sons, David Ash of Hammondsville, OH and Robert Ash and wife Michelle of Hammondsville, OH; granddaughters, Arial and Fawn Ash; niece, Heidi Vinvenvo and husband Ray and nephew Scott Francis all of Irondale, OH.

Visitation hours for Randall will be held 2-4 and 6-8 Friday, May 8th at the Clarke Funeral Home, 302 Main St., Toronto, OH.

A celebration service of Randall’s life will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 9th at the funeral home with Pastor Lori Jones officiating. Interment will follow at the Hammondsville Cemetery, Hammondsville, OH.
